Terrible customer service. They ran a Mother’s Day special so I ordered a gift 4/30 and on 5/17 when I still did not get an email showing it shipped I called the store on 5/17 and they said Jennifer said it will ship the end of that week on 6/2 still nothing so I had to call yet again and this time they called Jennifer and she now said tell her I don’t have the piece to make the necklace and I’ll refund it ...really nice of her not to tell me that a month ago...will I do business here again? Never.
