One word: AMAZING. I don't think it is possible to meet a realtor with as much dedication as Jen. She does everything an excellent relator should do and, on top of that, protects your interests, relentlessly follows-up every lead (no mater how realistic it may be) and never stops working until your place is sold. I removed my listing and she repeatedly called me to ask if I was accepting offers. Then she started calling my parents' house as well (same unusual last name, so she must have Googled it and called every number she found). My Mom called me to let me know, at which point I told her there was no offer-- just a gimmick to get a call back and get a listing. Jen is the absolute best! She’s so nice, so helpful, and incredibly patient. We had so many questions throughout our process and she guided us through it all and helped us close with ease. We dealt with quite a few real estate agents as we were browsing around and seeing what was out there, but Jen is honestly amazing. She knows her stuff, replies to your messages and questions so fast, and really makes sure the job is done well and that you feel comfortable throughout the process. We would recommend her to ANYONE!
