I decided to buy a house and although I had family members referring me to other people I had already reached out to Jennifer. Best decision ever. Jennifer was so hands on and so knowledgeable. I really dreaded the whole process. Today I closed on my new house and I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jennifer. She is so kind and on top of her game! My wife and I have worked with Jen twice now. Jen helped us with our first home purchase back in 2018. Most recently helped us sell that home, and linked us with a realtor in another state to purchase. Jen is down to earth, sets realistic expectations, and follows through when she makes commitments. Jen was absolutely delightful to work with in our first home buying experience. Navigating the Colorado market is anything but easy, but Jen's knowledge of multiple areas throughout the state was very useful. As a first time homebuyer, Jen was great to work with ! She was always patient answering all of my questions, she has expansive knowledge of multiple communities spanning the foothills, metro, and northern Colorado suburbs, and the sheer number of contacts she has was hugely beneficial when it came to choosing a lender, inspector and repairman for future tasks.
