Took 7 attempts, to get someone from Dr. Sam's office on the phone. I was transferred around by various operators. When someone finally answered the phone, they asked me to hold on (another 5 mins). The scheduling girl laughed off my complaint that my message left with their answering service the previous Sat., to be contacted the following Mon., was never delivered. The whole point of my calling was to verify that I should bring my 89 year old Mother to a Tues. appt. Whole experience was a joke
