Terrible experience. Said I demanded antibiotics. I demand someone with more empathy for their patient. Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend
Very well prepared and informed about my situation. She explained option very clearly. Very professional and efficient.
My Mom who is 91 was referred to Jennifer Compton by her PCP. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was very frustrated with Mom's PCP and explained that to Jennifer due to the fact my Mom had been to the ER for her issue, the the PCP didn't tell her that when they called in nor explained any issues. Luckily, Jennifer was able to get my mom in quickly. But, as it turned out, Jennifer and her nurse were very poor communicators and here's why. The staff was super friendly as well as Doctor Compton very knowledgeable and just really nice people .
