Have been working with Dr. Bleak, unfortunately, for almost 5 years as she was appointed to me by the (mostly) poor and understaffed Beloit Health Counseling Care system.During my extended treatment with her, we never speak for more than 15 minutes, and half of that time is allocated to the redundant mandated questions that get asked at every appointment (i.e. — level of depression, level of anxiety, sleep, appetite, yes/no to suicidal ideations). To gather a history and develop a diagnosis in a 5 minute interview is at best an extremely poor practice. She does not seem to promote an open/honest relationship with the patient. Did not appear to listen when spoken to. Came to completely inaccurate diagnosis with very little information. Very poor interaction with patient
Should be -10 Too many mistakes, can't feel safe with her
