Jennifer has been a fantastic real estate agent to work with. I'm still in the process of working with her but she is up front with you and will be completely honest with you when looking at a house. She is very knowledgeable and has been through this process a lot and she will point out every flaw she finds and will not pressure you into buying a house if you do not think it's "the one". I would highly recommend anyone looking for a house in Indy to go through Jennifer Blandford.
Jennifer is great to work with. She was very helpful with every step of the process. I would have to say she went above and beyond for us. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. I plan to work with her again after the first of the year to help me sell another house and then to find me a new home to live in.

Jennifer was highly competent in all aspects of the home selling process. She was detail oriented in her market analysis and pricing recommendations. She always had our best interests in mind and proved it by advising to reject several offers that were not in line with market activity. Once the sale was pending, she was always up to date on current status. She is a fantastic resource!
