Unprofessional. After looking at her schedule, she asked what my appointment preferences were, and once I mentioned discussing that during the phone consult offered on her website, she emailed back days later saying she is booked and recommended I try someone else. (The reason I wanted to have a consult is because of a previous experience I had when the therapist had sessions in her home and she was a heavy smoker.
