I can see why J. Nelson gets a lot of negative reviews. She is very dismissive with your symptoms. Automatically assumes what you have without even doing any testing done. My whole visit with her was rushed. I had to advocate for myself today because she felt comfortable that no other further testing needed to be done on me after telling her my symptoms, pain and concerns. I requested to be seen by a different provider. Do yourself a favor and request someone else. Unless you want your symptoms to be ignored by her!
Check-in was quick and easy, wait time was reasonable, service was direct and I was out in no time with prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, !
Worst experience. She literally saw me 5 minutes. Waste of time even though my insurance will be charged with no problems! Told me I have a common cold and use over counter meds. Here it is 4 days later and I feel worst. Only thing I can do is go back and be charged again because the first visit with her was a waste! If you get her ask for someone else!
