Dr. Goddard is one of the best doctors I have ever had the opportunity to see. Her bedside manner and knowledge are top notch. She really cares and takes the time to make sure you have all the information you need. She is very attentive to requests and helps to resolve issues in a very timely manner. I am glad I found her as we've recently relocated to Prescott and finding a new Dr was one of my biggest hesitations about moving.
My husband suffers from PTSD. She prescribed 1 mg lorazapam per day for my husband for anxiety and PTSD. My husband lost his prescription and was in emergency 3 times that month. Emergency would prescribe a few days of the med upon being released, to get him by until he could see her. We stopped in her office after being released the 3rd time from emergency, and asked for a short prescription for only 6 days to get him through until the next refill, and she denied the request. Dr Goddard was excellent in all ways. Very easy to talk with.
Dr. Goddard and her nurse Peggy always make you feel comfortable and welcome. They answer your questions and work with me when my insurance company gets picky about what brands they will cover. While going to the doctor is not one of my favorite things to do, this team at least makes it easy.

Listens and get you answers
New patient visit went very well Dr Goddard was extremely knowledgeable and listened to my concerns.
Dr. Goddard is very attentive and listens to my concerns. She has a likable personality & makes sure that you don't leave dissatified.
Dr. Goddard is great. She listens to you and is not judgemental as I've found some doctors to be. I love her nurse Peggy as well. She is always chipper and friendly. Going to the doctor is not my favorite thing to do, as I'm sure many would agree, but if you have to go, it's nice to go to someone who treats you like a person.

Prompt, efficient, friendly staff, no rush feeling about the time spent with Dr. Goddard even though I know they are busy. Nurse Peggy responds by phone if needed. Had my lab work in hand to refer to.
