I prefer Jennie Ed over Mercy. The Doctors, Nurses and Staff treat you with respect and explain procedures clearly. They are up to date and advancing in the technology and research which benefits all patients. They also have a lot of Specialists who come in from Omaha one day a week for personal office visits.
Nurses not very friendly, though some are better than others. Staff at front desk talk about patients behind their back. Major lack of professionalism at this hospital. These 5 star ratings make no sense at all ?
They are fantastic and Dad got wonderful care.
