If I could I would give absolutely no stars I went here for help with addiction and they turned me away! I will never go back there again thank god for mercy hospital because they are giving me the help I need
Very good nursing and Doctors. They are so attentive, kind, and spend the time answering questions and concerns. Great hospital.
I had outpatient surgery on March 24th. I called HR to give recognition to the people that cared for me that day. They said, we only hear complaints. That's so sad, that all people do is complain anymore . Well, I can tell you this is a different story. From Check In to wheeling me out. I received the BEST care possible. I sometimes call regarding my daughter's well being because I have rights because her mother is purposely not civil; I don't know if others experience similar corrupt parents; sometimes the nursing staff answers my questions; I provide nursing staff with concerning details but won't matter to them; assume certain demographics are above the law; assume staff is not concerned with other abuses; assume others agree
