Jenna was wonderful. I felt like we got great care. We were a walk in and I was so impressed by how the whole operation functioned from check in to check out. Well oiled machine! We didn’t even have to wait long enough for me to finish paperwork. Everyone was great!
I took my daughter to see Jenna, RN and her nurse (her PC was not available) on Monday, 3/13/23 for a sick appointment and they made us feel more like a number than a patient. Everyone seemed to be in a rush and spent very little time trying to get to the root of my daughter’s symptoms. They were not personable and generally just seemed to want to get us out of there. Very knowledgeable and friendly, took the time to listen to our little one's symptoms, and was very patient with her.
Jenna was great! We loved her approach and really learned a lot at the appointment!! She gave us a lot of suggestions that were convenient for our lifestyle!
