I want to start by saying the two technicians who came out to inspect our hot water storage tanks were absolutely amazing. They were professional, helpful, and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately, the company's ownership and management completely ruined the experience. Because the repair required replacing both tanks and cost thousands of dollars, I needed to get approval from ownership before giving the green light. Apparently, this infuriated the manager/owner. Just wanted to publicly thank Jenks for coming to my office when we had a leak. They helped diagnose the laundry room problem and got the hose fixed.
