The previous owner Dewayne locked me out. I paid up in full. They never gave me the new key. (Lisa) They denied my access to my own property to even move it out. They said they locked it a second time. And still refused my calls and texts. They auctioned off everything. This is illegal according to the laws of conversion in Utah. I would so love to sue them. If I had the money I would . the original owner died. His brother I believe is still running the business. Don't deal with these people.

I never thought I'd take the time to write a review for a storage unit, but I saw that last 1 star review and & felt inclined to comment.. This is a great family-owned business, my family & friends have all used them faithfully since literally the 1970's. They seem to really care about providing the best protection possible for each of their tenants, all of whom they seem to know by name. You get what you pay for here. They told me I had to move all my things away from the front of the unit so they could install a new door, which didn’t allow me to even use all of my storage unit space. I came in to my storage unit during a rain storm and the roof was leaking and my pictures got ruined. I had to fight to get back my deposit and they kept some of it because I didn’t sweep out some dust. No gate, no security. Not worth the “money saved” because you won’t end up saving any money.

This place has been great for me over the years. Owner has been great to work with and very professional. Nice and safe location.
