Very dissapointing experience thus far. We will be requesting insurance find a different company as this one is completely unresponsive. Good luck getting ahold of anyone that supposedly manages your project, or having anyone call you back that’s in a higher position that could potentially help move things along. Contract was signed and deductible was paid over a month ago and we’ve had one individual show up two seperate days for about 2 hours each day to do a couple small things. We received excellent service from Jenkins on our home rebuild for our basement. The work was extensive, ranging from drywall, painting, a whole bathroom remodel, and flooring. Drory, Paul, and Zach were not only hardworking, but genuine and warm. They truly cared about our home being repaired and rebuilt. It wasn't just another job, but treated our family so well in the process. We would highly recommend Jenkins!
An unexpected leak in your house can be stressful. To find out it caused water damage changes the “can be” stressful to this IS stressful and it’s going to be expensive!! I was impressed. Initiated a claim today for a water leak, and insurance dispatched Jenkins. There was great communication! The company called almost immediately and gave me the manager's contact info. Ian called me only minutes later, and within 30 minutes or so was at our house to determine the problem. There was a hiccup with the initial manager assigned to my project but once Jenkins acknowledged what happened they went into overdrive to get my work started and finished. Trae's restoration team was quick and everything looks great. The walls and carpet are exactly how we wanted them. And then Ian's pack in team was on time and able to empty out our storage container in about an hour with no broken furniture.
