I was impressed. Initiated a claim today for a water leak, and insurance dispatched Jenkins. There was great communication! The company called almost immediately and gave me the manager's contact info. Ian called me only minutes later, and within 30 minutes or so was at our house to determine the problem. There was a hiccup with the initial manager assigned to my project but once Jenkins acknowledged what happened they went into overdrive to get my work started and finished. Trae's restoration team was quick and everything looks great. The walls and carpet are exactly how we wanted them. And then Ian's pack in team was on time and able to empty out our storage container in about an hour with no broken furniture. My experience with Jenkins was outstanding. Ian was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Their team responded quickly, and prevented my home's flooding from turning into something much worse.
