I was told that I would have a POD. I asked them if I needed to get boxes to put my stuff in. They told me no. They take care of it all. Then now they telling me they throwing EVERYTHING away. Im so upset im crying in my room. I will never recommend this company. And I've notified my insurance company.

Jenkins arrived very quickly to remediate my water flooding issue. The team worked swiftly to protect my home from further damage. Trent and Caleb even worked late to knock out some demo to avoid needing to come back another day which helped with my work schedule. Trent was very honest, communicative, and had integrity throughout the job. I highly recommend Jenkins!
I refuse to ever write reviews but Lance Hallum and Jenkins Restoration deserves praise. Our home burnt on January 6, 2023. It was a total loss although USAA (yes we are a military family) determined to restore and salvage the studs. Our project was complete on July 23, 2025 taking over 2 1/2 years to finish. We were promised by the insurance company it would be done with in 6-8 months. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE DISASTER WITH LOTS OF VERY ANGRY PEOPLE. Trenton was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He was quick to respond, highly communicative, and clearly knew what he was doing.
