I highly recommend Jenkins rentals. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cabin was clean and beautiful. I will definitely use Jenkins's rentals again! I can't wait until next time!!!
Due to hurricane Matthew and having to evacuate, my family and I decided to go to Blowing Rock for a long weekend. Jenkins Rentals was very helpful, easy to work with and accommodating on such short notice. The house was in wonderful condition and only a short drive to town. This was my husband's first time in Blowing Rock and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We will definitely be back and use Jenkins Rentals again!

We again had a good experience renting a condo from Jenkins Rentals. Their staff was courteous and helpful with directions when we arrived to pick up the keys. The condo was tastefully updated and met our needs for our weekend stay. Conveniently located near downtown Blowing Rock. We did encounter the condo needing to be dusted and instructions that recycling was available which we did not know about until our departure, however, I'm sure these items can be addressed by property management in the future. My wife and I along with two of our children, their spouses, and four young grandchildren spent a fantastic 3-day weekend at Carolina Alpine. Carolina Alpine feels "away from it all", but is actually quite convenient to Blowing Rock, Tweetsie Railroad, and an entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. After Hurricane Matthew changed our womens weekend plans I contacted Jenkins. They were very helpful even with our short notice. The staff is nice and informative. Our home rental was very clean and exceeded our expectations. We had to contact them with a minor issue and as it turned out we took care of it with their direction. The water heater must be off vacation mode to provide hot water. I will use Jenkins again. Wonderful weekend.
Over the years we have used several rental companies in the Boone /Blowing Rock area. Jenkins Rentals has been the most accommodating, helpful, and provided a beautiful property at a great price. I look forward to renting from them again!
