RecommendedJenkins Rentals is an amazing company that truly cares about it's renters. I have stayed in several of their properties. All of them have been in excellent condition. The staff are very accessible.
The folks in the office were friendly and easy to work with. The home was well kept, clean, and exactly as advertised. We will be back!
We had a great time at Blowing Rock skies. Jenkins rentals did a wonderful job answering all our questions and having the property in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.
Our family stays at the same house every year for 2 weeks and we absolutely love it. The location of the house is a one minute walk to downtown Blowing Rock and a short drive to the outlets/Bass Lake. The children spend hours playing in the yard and up and down the private road the house is on. The house has 2 apartments attached and this makes it great for families. I would highly recommend working with Jenkins...they go out of their way to ensure that all your needs are met.
8 ladies had a place reserved with all deposited pd for oct4,5,6, stayed at same place last year for art purposes!! Needless to say the owner of home booked it for other people after our contract was signed in July first owner could not find another place for her people so Jenkins refunded money back at no fault of person who reserved this for us !!!8 unhappy women!! Jenkin’s Rental staff accommodated our rental needs at the last minute. Everyone was extremely nice and we enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons.
We stayed in Blowing Rock Skies & absolutely loved it! The view was gorgeous & the house had everything we needed. My only suggestion may be either a ceiling or stand up fan for the guest bedroom. Jenkins Rentals was great to work with. They were very courteous & answered all of our questions. I highly recommend them to others!
We stumbled onto Jenkins Rentals and are very glad that we did. They were super to work in every way. Our unit in Chetola has been beautiful, well appointed and in a good location. We would definitely use Jenkins again and would highly recommend them. Brenda Fein
Jenkins Rentals provides the best service and the best accommodations in the Blowing Rock area. The main office is perfectly situated right off the road into town, the grocery is right across the street so you can stop on the way to your house or cabin, and every time I have arrived at a rental property there it exceeds the expectations. The rentals are clean, fresh, and well-maintained. I definitely will return and use Jenkins Realtors in the future. Thanks for a lovely vacation!
