Businesses want your money and want you to take what they give you. I ordered a rib sand thick end mild sauce. And I asked that it not be to crispy. Because a few weeks ago I had to take a sandwich back. Not today is the same. I got the ribs that are burnt with spicy sauce. So I know this was deliberate. Wasted money. No worries I’d rather eat at Jerome Browns.

...the worse customer service and serving dried out chicken again likes it's from last night the only good service is Monday through Friday at lunchtime for the downtown clientele. They messed up the only 2 orders in the lobby now the sauce is the only thing of value there

I was greeted with the question, “What you want?” Is this the type of service we’re providing the black community? I guess Jenkins don’t care what kind of service they provide being that they know people will spend their money with them regardless. 🤷🏽♂️

They are failing by not giving out the quality Barbecue that they use to give out they microwave everything the brown bags and all they really need to get rid of the microwave please fresh, fresh, fresh meat please
