Food was alright. Not like it use to b. Even sauce has changed. Although I have been hooked on the sauce for 20 yrs, the service sucks. No meat ready AT LUNCH TIME. DOWNTOWN. WTF??!!? Customer service sucked. You can't say anything and then smile. Shitty service is shitty service no matter how many have a nice day u say. They need to stop hiring hood uneducated people. But hey that's the service industry for u. Next time I plan to go to another well liked BBQ joint when in Jax named Gator BBQ & catering
Just left jenkins on u.s 1 every time I go here I have a issue!!! If it's not the customer service it's the food!!! They always out of something. They need to interview people before they hire them, at least hire people who care about their job!!!
Visiting my family, had to stop here today. I luv the food especially the bake beans and potato salad. Will be back.

After waiting more than an hour at the Pearl Street location... I am still waiting! What? can somebody say get a grip on how a businessman is suppose to be ran? Oh and the wood truck driver gets to order at the back door while we continue to wait for another 15 minutes. I won't be back!!!!
