Bought my Outlander on Dec 31,2021. Right away noticed the hood wobbles at speeds above 50mph. Told dealership during first service in March 2022. To date nothing has been done and hood not replaced. I was sold a defective car and dealership does not inform me when they will replace hood. Very disrespectful. Customer service terrible. I took to service twice already and no one can tell em when hood is going to be replaced. If you cannot replace them give me a new non-defective car.

I spent half the day Monday test driving an Outlander, then waiting to get my financing. I ended up having to leave after 4 hours because I had a 45 minute drive home. Was supposed to get a follow up call. They ran my credit through 3 lenders. I called Tuesday and spoke to Domenick one of the financing "specialists". Advertising a car for 17k then sneaking in the paperwork and upping the cost to 19k. My fault in not realizing until the next morning. Won't be buying from Jenkins again.

It is unfortunate that the customer felt this way. We have buyers orders signed by the customer where we went into detail about all pricing and fees associated with this deal. We are very upfront with pricing and advertise all fees that can be added to pricing.
I was interested in a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 SE that I saw listed on their website for $12,000. I called and spoke with their Internet Sales Manager that quoted me $14,000 because of discounts I didn't qualify for and added fees. I told him I'd meet him in an hour and drove there to test drive it. Once I got there I was handed off to a sales person to test drive the car.
