Awful experience. The place is falling apart. Service department charged for a service they couldn't even perform. Service department failed to respond to me in a timely manner regarding my complaint. I would never return.

we were returning a lease for our Lincoln here. From the initial call we made to set up the appointment no one had any idea what was happening. The girl that set up the appointment neglected to tell us we had to separately call Lincoln to send someone to check the car and sign off on the return. we drove 40 minutes here to be told that no one from Lincoln was there to check in the car.
