My kids have been there and it was OK. Well we just when. 3 of my kids had appointments. We got there 10 till 10 and left at 10 till 1. 1. They tried to make me take out my daughter's ear rings that she will not take out. They got mad at me. 2. They use a regular toothbrush with toothpaste to brush my 2 year old's teeth then did not rinse out her mouth. So 10 minutes later she threw up 2x. My 3 kids have been seeing Dr. Leblanc since we moved here 7 years ago. Very nice, professional and interesting atmosphere and staff. My oldest son is severly autistic and they have always been very accommodating to his needs. Plus ice cream! How can I forget the ice cream!

Huge rant, We where told our daughter had 2 cavities. Made the appt to go get them filled and all of a sudden before even seeing her again, she had 6. Asked for estimate and paid half because they could only do one side at a time. Husband brought her back for the second time and absolutely with no changes they charged us triple the estimate. Husband paid that amount even though it was way more than the estimate. Now we receive a bill 5 months later and they are asking for another couple hundred dollars. While everyone seems nice there are too many miscommunication people with the office administration. I have now driven 8 hours in total, been turned away twice, and my child still hasn't had his procedures done. All of this due to human error on the clerical side. I'm so unhappy. Make sure you are very clear and triple ask multiple people in the office before you go.
