If you need a psychiatrist quickly try Dr. Cantrell. Explain to him the issues, they got my loved one in quickly. Just like the other reviews from the past few weeks can’t reach him. Website appears to be down as well. Trying Dr Cantrell tomorrow as they got our family member in fast. I have been a patient of Dr. James Jenkins for over 20 years. I am totally shocked to have been abandoned with no help. I hope this gets worked out & he is okay.
I really like going to see Dr. Jenkins but I do not like the hours he is open. Especially being closed all Friday. Who am I suppose to call if I need something. I have no clue so I just have to let things go until Monday. Also, when you call to try to reach someone it is really hard to get an actual person to answer the phone. You let it ring and either get hung up on or you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full..I feel they need more than one person answering calls especially on Mondays.
