My family and I were pleased with the responsiveness of Jenkins Home Care. They returned calls and provided information before we secured their services. The sitter, Michelle, was very attentive to my grandfather's needs. She made sure he felt comfortable. This was very important because my grandfather is very particular. My mother was staying at Holiday at Ashley Park Senior living in West Ashley. We use Jenkins home Care. She was great to work with the people she employed they were kind always helpful and very considerate. Highly recommend.
This company needs to take better care of their staff. The amount of turn over this company has with their aides is ridiculous. My family hired this company for about a year and within that year we had 4 - 5 different aids. Consistency should be a priority for patients that are under your companies care. The aids themselves were extremely kind and thoughtful. The owner, Mrs. Jenkins, on the other hand can be ill-mannered and distasteful to her customers at times.
