The secretaries were all very unfriendly. I went here simply because I couldn't get in anywhere else. Called recently & phone was disconnected & went there and there was sign on door saying they went out of business. Could have sent out a letter. Geeez.
Spoke with the receptionist that answered the phone. She was very gruff, didn't say hello; just "Jenkins Family Eye Care...........". She had no idea what a Heath Savings Account was and told me she didn't think her machine took the Visa that is attached to it and I would probably have to pay cash. It's just a Visa. All other optometrists I called were very pleasant, but did not have an opening for quite a while. I wouldn't go here based solely on first impressions.
