Horrible customer service. In response to your inquiry in my review: it took you 3 years to reply to my review- enough said. That was the problem all along. No one would call back. I went in, picked my door, paid and didn't hear back. Many phone calls later before we received our order. Either phone wasn't answered during business hours or a message was taken but not delivered. Again, 3 years to reply?!

Not great customer service. They told my wife that our existing wood shutters should fit the new door we purchased. Spoiler alert: they do not fit. Jenkins upsold us a door with different sized window panes than our prior door. All we wanted was a replacement…not an upgrade. We came home to our new wood-shutter-paperweights and Jenkins’ only response is “not our problem.” If you buy from Jenkins, make sure you know what you are buying. Do not rely on what Jenkins tells you because they will not stand behind it.
