Le tell yall I’ve never been happier with the service of any institution in Texas. Wonderful service and staff were incredibly kind. Doors are more expensive than I thought, but they were relatively cheap here, and I’m incredibly pleased with my new door. Thanks Jenkins windows for a wonderful door, and amazing service!

Customer Service - 5 Stars Product - 5 Stars Hats - 1 Star This is a fantastic locally owned business that's been providing valuable services to the panhandle area for many years. I've always enjoyed doing business with them. They use the industry’s top brands and provide equally high customer service. Many years after an installation they were still willing to come out and make small adjustments to a door they had installed for me.

Horrible customer service. In response to your inquiry in my review: it took you 3 years to reply to my review- enough said. That was the problem all along. No one would call back. I went in, picked my door, paid and didn't hear back. Many phone calls later before we received our order. Either phone wasn't answered during business hours or a message was taken but not delivered. Again, 3 years to reply?!
