Amazing service provided by Heather. We did several years at once, she was so helpful and reassuring that things would be ok! We look forward to having our taxes done by her again!
Mistakes happen. Im not even upset with my preparer. It's how you handle a mistake after the fact that tells the tale. The lack of acknowledging what happened, i.e. not a phone call or a face to face apology by Mgt/Ownership when I returned to sign some "do over" papers really annoyed me. I'm just one tax return, but my return is REAL important to me.
I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business or personal taxes and accounting. They are always there for any question and concern I may have. I highly recommend them as your CPA! Thank you Jenkins for all the help you have provided for us, Reed's Construction
