I worked so hard to get to a good place with my mental health and actually being proactive. Just to be met with no return calls or emails. Ended up getting a letter from my insurance saying I would no longer be covered by this clinic. They went no contact on me June 2025 even with me calling the office and leaving my name and number to get in contact with a new psychiatrist or therapist. I tried really hard to get a counselor at Jenkins and when I finally accomplished the goal I got the best counselor her name is Carla Ruffin she's sweet she's understanding she's got a gorgeous smile that makes it even better and the way she talks is so calm and so full of joy I've had her for almost 2 months and I like her a lot I love her she's the best if it wasn't for Shanna helping me out every time I tried and when I was fighting so hard to get help I never would have gotten Carla it was a battle to get her but it was ... read more
Waited three weeks for an initial call back. Never happened. Then I called them every hour on the hour for three hours and they kept telling me they would call back. Never called me back.
I like the Employees and the doctors. They have done a great job. With me since my car wreck
