My 2023 Chevy Silverado LT suddenly died on me this morning. Would not start again. Called On Star and they sent a tow truck out. Heidi Dabbondanza, my service advisor, got my truck in and diagnosed in about an hour. Heidi called me at 4:30 telling me my truck was ready. We originally thought it was going to take at least a week for the part to come in. She saw the exact part that my truck needed came in today and she got it and had it installed. I picked up my truck the same day. Thanks Heidi!
Christine was amazing sales person. Friendly ,answered all questions, no false information. Everything flowed ,paper work & all. Nick in finance also amazing. Explaining all papers & steps to complete the sale. Notified me right away when I had a bump in the road with the bank but made it happen. Made a pleasant experience.
