I understand this is a Used Car Lot. But I expected it to be better than the Buy here, Pay here places. It was my fault. I bought 2 cars from there previously in past years and I was very satisfied. This time, I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra with 74,000 miles.... I trusted that the vehicle would be checked out very well before they would let it be sold. Waww what an amazing service, Keith general manager is best of the best , Kyle and rest of the team , I was inn and out of the dealer less then an hr , waww what a service car was waiting for me full of gas detailed, I walked inn he explained everything for me , signed all papers tag on the car and on my way back to orlando , its worth the trip and worth to work with amazing people that appreciate your business with them..highly recommend dealer 200%

Horrible service! Bought a 2022 van for 37k. Drove it 3 times and it blew a tire on the interstate. Door rattled and we were promised it would be fixed. It still rattles. Van started misfiring after driving it 6 times. Needs fuel pump. More expenses for us! Never buy a vehicle here!

Everyone hates dealing with car dealers and used car salespeople. I had one of the best experiences with Keith and the team here. We did all the leg work over the phone and emails and the one thing I asked for was to be in and out in an hour or less. That was met. I was given more than a fair value for my trade .. which by the way was a Nissan Pathfinder with a broken transmission. They agreed to tow my vehicle from St Pete to their lot... Will start this with saying I know it was a used car lot and what comes with those risks. I am writing about is the loss of trust and respect that occurred. I did naively placed my trust in this dealership because we only buy new cars, we needed a 2nd car for us and figured used is the right choice for us. I should have read the reviews. I bought my 2019 Ford on November 29th and that was just fine not a worry and problem. The problem was a week later when the Alternator and battery died. It cost me $1500 to get it fixed.
