I had a great experience with Jenkins. I was shopping around for a little while for my daughter’s first car and I had a few bad interactions with other dealers. I test drove this car and we had a deal done within minutes, none of the typical going back and forth nonsense I experienced at the other places. I got a great car for my daughter and I felt great about the deal i got from them. They even held it for a few days for me and had it detailed while they had it. I will be back when it’s time for the next one! Thanks guys!
i'm sorry i won't be using Jenkins Auto services ever again or recommending anyone to you because i've had an issue since the night i got home with my car. I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 from them and the sun roof shade started ripping after pressing the button to open it. I understand this is a Used Car Lot. But I expected it to be better than the Buy here, Pay here places. It was my fault. I bought 2 cars from there previously in past years and I was very satisfied. This time, I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra with 74,000 miles.... I trusted that the vehicle would be checked out very well before they would let it be sold.
