This makes me sad to review but it needs to be said. I live in the neighborhood and come here a few times each month. Usually it’s an impulse decision as I walk my dog. My dog weights like 7 pounds and is super small. I went in tonight and was holding her because it was pretty busy in the neighborhood after the game got out. The staff told me she needed to be on the ground, I put her there. As I was ordering they were rude about her walking on the ground. Great ice cream shop with awesome and unique dairy free options! I visited this location for the first time after a basketball game at the American Airlines Center, the staff was super friendly and helpful and very generous as they allowed the customers to sample lots of flavors. I got the dairy free lemon shortbread flavor and it was extremely delicious! Can't wait to try more of their innovative and unique dairy free flavors!
How does she do it? The sign in front of the store says something like "you're about to eat the best cookie dough ice cream you have ever eaten in your entire life" and that is not a lie. It is heads and tails above any other cookie dough ice cream I've ever had (with apologies to Ben and Jerry). Every bite of every flavor is incredibly delicious and worth every penny!
