I do not know if it's because they are not trained the same way or if they pick and choose who they feel like being civil with. My last two visits had the same issue. Today I went in for ice cream with the family. I scanned my barcode for reward points and provided proof of service to get my military discount. When I checked my receipt the discount was not applied AGAIN. Trust me I know I am NOT entitled to any discount because I am military. I think this location is okay. There have been better experiences at other locations in the area. It seems like the employees barely want to be there. I do however love the icecream :) my favorite is the gooey butter cake flavor. It’s hard to beat!
