Kimmi (I think thats how you spell), saw that the order that someone else gave me was not correct, and before we even said anything she fixed me a new correct order. She was wonderful thank you!
I've been getting Jeni's for years now, since they had a location at Krog Street. I love their icecreams-- especially the Opaque and Double Cookie Dough flavors. The parking lot in the Athens store is tiny, and you probably will never get parking. I also wish they had milkshakes.
Used Jeni's for a large event with a sorority. They were so helpful and accommodating. Amazing customer service throughout the process. Thanks Kimmie for all your help. We will definitely use you again.
