Sooooo yummy! Waffle cones are made in the shop. You can smell them outside. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.
friend and I came in because it was a nice day and wanted ice cream but when we got to the store, staff didn’t have proper communication, one of them stared at someone and ignored the other customers infront of them, then when i ordered i was given smaller scoops then what i’ve gotten coming here for the past year, ice cream was melting as they handed it to me- i don’t know if it was because they had a fan on in the back of the line and their product wasn’t temping correctly but it wasn’t good. We came here after dinner and ordered the featured special, a strawberry shortcake flavor. While it was very good, the flavor was rich and it was perfect to split between 2 people. There was some seating inside, but on a Satuday night, it got very busy. Our special was about $8 and while yummy a little expensive. I have been to one of the locations in Columbus and felt like this one just wasn't the same. I'd still come back, but for those special occasions rather than an ice cream craving.
The gooey butter cake and brown butter almond brittle were pleasantly amazing flavors. The way they market in the napkins in the parlor is also pretty cool and it indeed felt special the way the ice cream was melting in my mouth everytime I took a bite.
