I love the ice cream here, but the service is so weird! I’ve been here a handful of times. Sometimes the staff just stare at me until I talk to them. Tonight I ordered a pint of ice cream. After I paid, the staff person just left without giving me ice cream to talk to her coworker: I had to wait until the staff was done walking with their coworkers to ask for my pint of ice cream. The stuff tastes good though!
Very helpful staff (especially Garrett) and central location close to many bars and restaurants. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the neighborhood
Standard (One scoop basically) costs $9 and amount you get is way less than your direct competitors. (Ex.Wanderlust, Bacio De Latte, Mcconell's, Hagendazs) Please improve on the portion since price went up some. Flavors are great! Just a portion for the price.
Most of the ice creams are too sweet for me. I stick to the same one or two. But I give the high review for the staff and business hours. Laela especially is so friendly and professional! She’s encouraged me to branch out and try new flavors. :)
