I was very disappointed with there service. My dad passed on May 27 and we had the funeral services on June 1. We purchased a $500.00 blanket for the services which that was beautiful but we also paid $150.00 for them to pickup flowers and deliver them to the cemetery and they didn’t show up for that. My mom was so upset and beside herself as family was trying to load flowers in there personal vehicles to take to the cemetery. I can't thank Jenilyn's Creations enough for making the special request arrangement for my Dad's going home service. I was handling arrangements and knew I couldn't make it to their shop so I called over the phone. The lady I spoke with was very professional and caring. She wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I asked for an arrangement to sit in the seat of my Dad's horse saddle. They went above my expectations! It was gorgeous! I ordered online and was so surprised when I got a picture showing how awesome they looked. I’ve always had lower expectations bc what’s pictured online typically ends up delivered on a waaayyyy smaller scale, this was not the case! They were beautiful and she absolutely loved them!! 🥰
I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful bouquet you made about a week ago for my Granny. I finally got see the flowers in her hospital room and they were more beautiful than the picture was! I was so happy because sometimes you don't know exactly how it might turn out, but it was stunning! She loved them and so did I. Thank you!!
This year has been a tough one for my family, and Jenilyn’s has been there to be a bright spot for us! Three times since January we have ordered, received, and thoroughly loved the flowers from them! We needed plants for our open house at AARP in Montgomery. I called Jenilyns the day before the event. They immediately sent someone to view our space and the next day they delivered and placed several beautiful plants. We like them so much we decided to keep them and have them maintain them for us. They went above and beyond what we expected!
