Dr. Byrnes and her staff were prompt with my appointment and I never felt rushed. She and her assistant explained everything as they completed my evaluation and Dr. Byrnes listened carefully as she examined my history, with plenty of give and take Her exam was gentle, she explained what she was going to do and what I might feel. She then stepped out and reviewed all of my case, returned with comprehensive options, pros, cons, percentages of success rates, and discussed it all with me to decide on next steps.
