Jenerations Salon & Spa is simply the best A new Jenerations/Simply The Best Stacey and her partner Lisa are trained professionals and very accommodating. I found Stacey through a friend and was ecstatic when she opened her own shop. I regularly have massages, manicures, pedicures and facials.The camaraderie in the shop adds to the experience. I have given 4 gifts to Jenerations/Simply The Best and all of the recipients loved the experience. Treat yourself to a day or partial day out at this spa.
Jenn is Back at Jenerations My family members are clients of Jenerations and we love Jenn. She totally knows what you need and want and is great great at eyebrows and fantastic at color and highlights. She is the best. Welcome home Jenn !!
NEW OWNERS, It's better then before!!!!!! Please disregard any of the previous reviews. The salon is under new ownership, it has been completely renovated, & has a whole new staff. The spa services that are offered is a FIRST class operation. Must check it out you'll love it, it's better then before
Gift Certificate - Business close without refunding $100balance I have a gift certificate for $100 and now the business is closed. I called to schedule the appointment and was told the owner would be contacting me to issue a refund because the business was closing. Well, it has been a couple of months and there has been no contact from Cathy Flynn. I hope that this message might encourage proper action from Jenerations past owners.
Avoid Jenerations While the paint and lighting are great up front, the hygiene and repair of equipment are not. I was taken to a station in a side room that had poor lighting and there was hair on the chair. Hair from previous-previous customer on the brush (the hair on the chair was dark, the hair in the brush, blond!) The chair had a broken foot rest. I love Jenerations!!! I found Jenerations to be fantastic- my hairdresser was really attentive and knew what she was doing- I was going in for a cut and highlights and she was able to get my highlights perfect, and actually suggested doing some lowlights as well to make the blonde really pop. My cut is great, she gave me a cute, funky cut with a lot of choppy layers- I love it!
Jenerations Rocks! I love this salon! I am used to driving to Chicago to get my hair done because I enjoy the atmosphere, services and customer service offered at bigger salons, but I really needed a haircut and wax, so I decided to give Jenerations a try!
Very Satisfied with the overall experience If you are looking for a great place to go to get a great hair cut and style, jenerations is that place. The girls are fantastic to you and make you feel like you are part of their family. I felt so comfortable and at home. And I got a great haircut and eyebrow wax, too. I hear the massage therapist is the best in Peoria.
Not overimpressed Having just moved here I was looking for a salon to go to. I went out on a limb and went with the receptionists "recommendation" for a stylist. The haircut was okay. If you're looking for a quick trim it's great. If you're looking for a good style then I'd look elsewhere or seek out better recommendations. The place is just getting started so things seemed to be a little disorganized in the actual "running" of the salon (people were confused on where to take their clients when).
