It was my first visit and I felt amazing afterwards. My energy level is more than it has been in long time. I have another appointment this next week and I am taking my fiancé because he needs the relaxation and stress reduction. Jen's knowledge is incredible and talked with her for an hour after my visit about other health benefits she offers. Best purchase I have made for myself in a long time!!!!
