RecommendedWonderful wellness facility - very clean, relaxing and welcoming. You’ll leave your sauna session feeling refreshed. And the staff are very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the various teas and supplements for sale. All I can say is...ahh...!
The infrared saunas provide so many benefits, for me they provide a sense of calm, pain relief and my head feels so much more clear when I am finished. Facility is super clean and inviting and staff is awesome too!
The infrared sauna has such a calming, relaxing effect. I always feel better when I leave there.
I have many friends who are in the same stage of life and that 40 minutes was so peaceful and needed. I think they too would enjoy an hour away from their kids doing something that benefits them!
I started going to Jen a few years ago to help alleviate nerve damage. The heat of the sauna has been the best thing for me and for our family. We purchased our own almost a year ago and it gets weekly, if not daily use. Great business as well. Jen is always available to help answer any questions and is constantly looking for new ways to educate others about her business and the benefits.
Jen is a kind and knowledgeable business owner. Her wellness center is meticulously clean and the layout is well designed and organized. The infrared sauna is a high quality unit that provides a pleasant health experience.
Absolutely love. I get to get away from my kids for an hour to rest and relax. The detox and burn calories are a bonus. Relaxing atmosphere. Wish i could go everyday. The owner and staff are so accommodating for crazy busy schedules.
