Extremely rude, arrogant and combative. She doesn’t even know the basics of the Residential Tenancy Act. When I asked her to do the Official Ontario lease, which is the law, I was met with hostility and demeaning comments. What’s worst than a know it all is someone who claims to know everything but actually doesn’t. All from a ‘salesperson’ who is being paid thousands of dollars to open and close a unit door. Customer service doest’t exist in her vocabulary, neither does learning from criticism.
You cannot go wrong with Jenelle - she's awesome

Recently relocated and Jenelle was such a great support in helping me find a place that met my criteria while staying within my budget, and was also able to provide a lot of great insight into which buildings to avoid and what utilities might look like. It was really nice having someone so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the experience- you can’t go wrong with Jenelle!
