The front staff is very professional. The staff in the back however is an entirely different story. The nurse ran over my foot with a swivel chair. Not once but backed up and did it again. Then had a meltdown about how she didn't even touch me and "I didn't even do anything!" before storming off. If I had called the police, that would have been an assault charge.
