This place is an absolute joke. Last year, they failed to attempt any intervention even tho my mother had diarrhea for over 8 mos. Turns out she had a tear in her colon and a volvulu resulting in a major surgery and her being in a colostomy bag for 6mos. A year later and they still can't get it right. Calls are not returned, follow ups are promised and instead, I find myself chasing them down. I enjoy the location and staff is awesome
My experience at this Jen care is that the Dr. Didn't won't to give me a new prescription because the one he gave me didn't clear up the infection, he said it will clear up on it on, I never heard that before I would not remend this one and said they will call me back never did at this time.
Caring physician and staff. Very professional and experienced. Thorough.
