Extremely disappointed with the bond return process I am writing this review to warn future tenants about the unreasonable bond return process at Jen Taylor Properties. Despite being a model tenant who paid rent on time for the entire duration of my tenancy, I feel my bond was unfairly handled. When I moved in two years ago, the property was in a neglected state: there was mould on the ceilings, the property was damp, the oven contained old food, there was grit on every surface, and the home was infested with cockroaches. ... read more
Jen went above and beyond with the sale of my property. Her communication was exceptional and she secured multiple offers with only 1 open house. Jen understands the Toowoomba market intimately and also has an incredible knowledge of what buyers want and what sellers need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JTP for all selling, buying and property management needs. We look forward to continuing our relationship.
