I have used the services of Jen Taylor Properties for 10 years. Firstly, as a tenant in a property, being managed by JTP, I found them to be friendly, accommodating to being a shift worker moving inspections to suit. We had not rented for over 30 years when we moved to the area to find our retirement home. Our property manager was Heather Geiger from Jen Taylor Properties and she made the experience easy, straightforward and, hard to believe, enjoyable. Heather was supportive and helpful throughout our rental experience and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Heather, and the team at JTP.
Very blessed to have Jen sell properties for Jen’s ability to negotiate an excellent sale price and above and beyond service and professionalism during the contract and settlement stages was very much appreciated.
I rented in East Toowoomba through Jen Taylor RE and, as a tenant, found them very reasonable to deal with. Inspections were done periodically and feedback was provided when needed. On the flip-side, any maintenance requests were considered and dealt with fairly and swiftly.
My experience with Jen may have just been a one off, or a case of her having a bad day (or month), but I felt like the excitement of buying my first home was lost with Jen. I felt like I was not taken as a serious buyer when looking through the open home. I constantly had to follow up on for any correspondence after placing an official offer.
