Jen made the sale of our old home very easy as well as the purchase of our new home in Erie. We still hear from her even though our transactions occurred 4 years ago.
Jen is awesone. She made selling our house fast & easy. It only took 4 days. She has the knowledge and expertise of the area. She found contractors for us and they were great too. She was recommended by my daughter, who she sold their house too. I would recomend Jen to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
I can confirm the other great reviews about Jen. I have no problem giving her all 5 stars on each of the rating areas (local knowledge, process, ect.) When we asked her questions she give us all sides of the issue and allowed us to make a decision without any pressure. I would highly recommend her, especially for the Erie area.
Jen is the best! She's a pleasure to work with, a total pro AND had the skills and expertise necessary to help my husband and I find and negotiate our dream home (no easy feat in the competitive, difficult Denver market). Throughout our two-month house hunting adventure, I often felt as though we were her only clients — she's just that responsive and on top of her game! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
