Having played plenty of sports, running several half marathons, and now doing a mix of hiking, boot camps, and lifting at the gym, I’ve got my share of ailments since I don’t do a good enough job of stretching. Jemersy has changed my life. I have chronic back pain from sitting incorrectly at a computer for 20 years. After visiting Jemersy this pain disappeared. I go once a month for 90 minute sessions and it does wonders for my body. She also brings a very friendly attitude which makes everything very comfortable. I honestly can’t thank her enough.
