Been renting with them for almost 4 years they do listen to you and communicate just gotta have patience. Wish there was others ways to pay besides cashiers checks and money orders however it isnt like we arent able to do it.
Long-term renter of a property managed by Jems, and they have always been professional, courteous, and responsive. They always gave us 24 hours notice when they needed to enter the property. They dealt with any issues immediately. Jo Ellen is knowledgeable and respectful. I recommend Jems to anyone looking for a rental/ property manager.
My cousin lives on the bottom floor, so many native haters on the 31st street apartment building. Threatening to kill her n her family, n an 8 yr old threatening yo kill them. This building has lead , don't forget to tell your tenants. Worst place. Nope don't wSte your tome
