Not a Honest Business Beware – I pawned some jewelry after moving into a new place because I needed a few dollars. I missed picking up my jewelry by one day I called that day because I knew they close early on Saturday, no answer. DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS – This company is not a legitimate loan company, so please, please, please stay away from this company. I would not wish the pain and anguish I have experienced as a result of the actions of this company. One of the employees there, Brian Macki (Mackey?), took advantage of my naive husband. JEMMA LOANS RIP OFF!!!!! – FIRST OF ALL I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT 14 YRS. ALWAYS DEALT WITH THE OWNER SHARON. MUCH IMPROVEMENT!! – Jemma has gotten back on solid tracks, they've increased their hours and the staff has been given a complete overhaul. Any problems that they had have been corrected and they are up and running, buisness as usual. Jemma has been in buisness for many years and they are a Jersey City staple, I highly recommend them.
