Dr. Richards-boyd is an excellent, provider, who actually listens to her patients concerns, and comes up with a medical solution to treat the problem, with the best possible medical outcomes.
She's been my physican for years - always strong clinically with weak/little bedside manner (which I didn't particularly mind as I have pretty low social needs). My last visit was a bit of a deal breaker though. It's a neighborhood location typically with pretty quick service. This morning though - having fasted for the visit - I was surprised that I had to wait nearly 40 minutes in the room after the assistant left. I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Richards-Boyd. She made an effort to get to know me and shared her own experiences as well. She listened to my concerns and probed on potential health issues I didn't even consider. She was great, I would recommend her!
She listens, is very thorough, and is very personable.
